Frequently Asked Questions

Our goal is to make ordering and receiving your produce from Sprouting Acres as easy as possible. If you need any assistance please email us at info@shopsproutingacres.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

I cannot change my pick-up location at check-out and it won't let me checkout, what am I missing?

Due to the number of products and pick-up sites the checkout page can lead to this issue. If that problem is arising simply click on your cart, then change the pick-up location on each item before proceeding to checkout. This needs to happen at the cart page before moving to checkout. We are constantly improving the site and it something we are addressing going forward. Please email info@shopsproutingacres.com with any issues, we are happy to help.

Where exactly am I ordering from?

This is the online ordering site for Sprouting Acres organic farm which is located in between  Stoughton and Cambridge, Wisconsin. Please click here for information on the farm, our practices, and history.

Will you be at the farmer's markets this year?

If the farmer’s markets open then yes we will plan on attending but as it stands the Dane County markets will be at least delayed. All of that information can be found here and will be updated regularly. This platform stands a replacement for our physical market and we believe is a safer and easier way to shop. 

How late can I place my order?

We are accepting order until Tuesday at 8AM for delivery the following Thursday. The ordering system will reflect that. It is important to note we also cannot accept changes to orders after Tuesday at 8AM as well. We need time to harvest, wash and package the produce for delivery Thursday.

How does order pick-up work?

Orders are to be picked up at one of the CSA drop sites listed at checkout. We will package and label your order so it is easy to identify and have it ready for you at your selected drop site by 3PM on Thursday. Your order will stay there until that night where it will be donated if not picked up.

I want to order a large quantity of produce for canning, can I do that?

Yes absolutely! We are avid canners and grow produce that is great for processing. Please contact us at info@shopsproutingacres.com for large orders.

How do I check my gift card balance?

You can check your card balance by clicking here and entering in your gift card code!
